📍 Location: Waco, TX
💲 Pay: $15–$17/hour (DOE)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day shift
🚚 Local deliveries as needed
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Warehouse Driver / Associate to support daily warehouse operations and assist with local deliveries. This role ensures materials are received, organized, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and on the road when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and products

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Load and unload delivery vehicles safely

Assist with local deliveries when required

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

Maintain accurate inventory organization

Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Perform routine inventory counts and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
✔ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
✔ Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus)
✔ Basic math and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Standing and moving for extended periods

Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying materials
Preferred Experience
⭐ Delivery or route driving experience
⭐ Inventory control and warehouse organization
⭐ Forklift certification
