What You Get to Do!

• Design, develop, and analyze analog and digital hardware for fuel‑cell power system products.
• Specify system‑level electrical architecture in close partnership with controls engineering.
• Select components, design for manufacturability, and apply advanced test and design methods.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, field service, and product certification efforts.
• Perform or coordinate root‑cause analysis of failed PCBAs and electrical components.
• Develop integrated hardware–software solutions across digital design, firmware, and embedded Linux.
• Work on electro‑mechanical and electrical device control architectures.
• Contribute creative, cost‑effective engineering approaches that enhance product performance.
 

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of professional experience in hardware or electrical engineering.
• Strong PCBA design experience and familiarity with Altium (schematics, layout, symbols, footprints).
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and ISO standards.
• Experience with PCB fabrication vendors and product safety certification.
• Hands‑on experience in mixed‑signal design, wire harness design, failure analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with high‑energy battery systems and safe work practices around 240VAC 3‑phase systems.
• Experience developing and debugging embedded Linux applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support product commercialization.
