We are seeking a dependable General Labor Inventory & Maintenance Associate to support our busy outdoor materials yard. This is a long-term, growth-oriented career opportunity with excellent benefits, training, and advancement potential.
Position: Yard Inventory Associate
Schedule: M-F, 7:30 am -4:30 pm
Pay: 19.00-20.00/hour
About the Role
As an Inventory & Maintenance Associate, you’ll play a key part in keeping our materials yard running smoothly. You will work primarily outdoors, supporting inventory control, material organization, general maintenance, and safe equipment use.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in reliable work, values safety, and is looking to build a lasting career with a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily inventory counts, tracking, and material organization
- Load, unload, and stage materials using approved safe practices
- Perform routine yard maintenance and housekeeping
- Operate equipment (training provided) in a controlled and safe manner
- Support shipping, receiving, and general yard operations
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Solid attention to detail and focus during busy periods
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Previous yard, warehouse, or labor experience a plus (but not required!)
