Customer Service Representative

 

Albert Lea, MN

$18.00-$23.00 per hour DOE

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

 

 

Responsibilities of CSR:

• Provide prompt and professional customer service
• Process various service transactions
• Support agents with day-to-day tasks
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Phone coverage backup
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications of CSR:

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in computer systems and data entry
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous Admin/CSR/Office experience required
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to provide exemplary work history
