Machinist B1 (Manual CNC) – 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machinist B1 with a strong background in manual CNC machining. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on machinist experience, including machine setup, operation, and the ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up manual CNC machines for production runs

• Operate a group of 3 or more machines at one time

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately (required)

• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met

• Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished products to ensure specifications and tolerances are met

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of machinist experience

• Experience with manual CNC machining

• Strong blueprint reading skills (required)

• Ability to operate and manage multiple machines simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
