Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate brazing equipment to join metal parts and assemblies

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and process instructions

• Select appropriate brazing materials such as alloys, fluxes, and torches

• Inspect joints and assemblies for proper alignment and quality

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean work area

• Ensure consistent product quality by adhering to company and industry standards

• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and communicate with maintenance as needed

• Work closely with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1+ years of brazing experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to work with torches, induction heaters, and ovens

• Solid understanding of metals, heat tolerances, and bonding techniques

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
