What You’ll Do

·  Oversee all daily accounting operations, including general ledger activity, fixed assets, capital expenditures, leases, inventory, and intercompany transactions, while ensuring an accurate and timely quarterly close process.

·  Lead financial reporting, quarterly reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit/tax preparation, maintaining full compliance with GAAP and supporting year‑end close and budgeting.

·  Manage, train, and develop the Accounting Team—including offshore expense staff—by setting clear performance standards, conducting evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

·  Strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency by evaluating policies, updating workflow documentation, and implementing system enhancements or automation.

·  Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights, communicate deadlines or process changes, and support additional projects or organizational initiatives.

What You Bring

·         B.A. or B.S. in business, finance or accounting

·         CPA preferred

·         10+ years of experience

·         US GAAP experience, internal controls, and financial reporting experience required

·         Experience with the financial closing process and financial statement preparation

·         Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and organizational skills

·         Advanced Excel skills

·         Great Plains or Sage experience a plus
