Safety Coordinator | $25/hour+DOE | Ellendale, ND

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator (Night Shift) for a large-scale construction project in Ellendale, ND. This is a full-time temporary opportunity with steady hours and the potential for overtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction site safety standards and experience enforcing OSHA regulations in an active jobsite environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment during overnight operations. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM – 4:30 AM (10-hour shifts). Additional overtime may be available as project needs require. Pay is $25 per hour + depending on experience. 

 Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety standards on-site

• Conduct routine site safety inspections during night operations

• Identify and correct potential hazards

• Ensure proper PPE usage among all workers

• Maintain safety documentation and incident reports

• Provide safety guidance and coaching to crew members

• Assist with accident investigations if necessary

• Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 standards

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Prior construction site safety experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices

• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Reliable transportation
