Full Job Description

We are hiring an Appliance & Hardware Installer for a modular home manufacturer in Cuero, TX. This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round — no weather delays or rain-outs.

This role focuses on installing appliances, mirrors, and hardware as part of the finishing stage in a fast-paced production setting.

Essential Functions

• Install residential appliances according to specifications
• Mount mirrors and install hardware fixtures
• Ensure proper alignment and secure installation
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow blueprints and installation guidelines
• Maintain quality and safety standards

Skills & Competencies

• Experience installing appliances or hardware
• Ability to read a measuring tape accurately
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Construction, installation, or finish carpentry experience
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift

Preferred:
• Residential or modular construction experience
• Production-based work background

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
