Shreveport / Bossier City, LA $15.00 per hour Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Lawn Care Equipment Service Advisor to join our team in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. This role is responsible for assisting customers with repair needs, writing service tickets, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Write detailed service work orders for lawn care equipment
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document equipment issues
Contact customers by phone to provide repair updates, estimates, and approvals
Clearly explain recommended repairs and solutions
Maintain accurate records using computer systems
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
Follow up with customers upon job completion
Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and computer)
Proficient in basic computer use and data entry
Organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous lawn equipment or service writing experience preferred but not required
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
$15.00 per hour
