Full Job Description

We are hiring a Plumber Hand for a modular home manufacturer in Cuero, TX. This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round — no weather delays or rain-outs.

This role focuses on assembling plumbing components, including toilet tanks and fixtures, as part of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) team.

Essential Functions

• Assemble toilet tanks and related plumbing components
• Read and use a measuring tape accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Assist plumbing team with installation tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read and measure accurately using a tape measure
• Comfortable with power and hand tools
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
• Reliable and safety-focused

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Construction, plumbing, or assembly experience
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift

Preferred:
• Experience assembling plumbing fixtures
• Background in modular or residential construction

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
