Full Job Description

We are hiring Strap / Wrap Associates for a modular home manufacturer in Cuero, TX. This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round — no weather delays or rain-outs.

This role focuses on strapping insulated walls and wrapping homes as part of the finishing process within a fast-paced factory setting.

Essential Functions

• Strap insulated walls securely and accurately
• Wrap exterior structures according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and apply house wrap materials
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in construction or production environments
• Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Construction or general labor experience
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift

Preferred:
• Experience in framing, finishing, or modular construction
• Production-based work background

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
