Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time, first shift opportunity in the Delaware, OH area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide product/service information and resolve concerns
• Process orders, update account information, and maintain accurate records

• Perform general administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry)
