Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Warehouse Inventory Coordinator for a well‑established company in Circle Pines, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, enjoy coordinating logistics, and excel at maintaining accurate inventory and shipping documentation.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $24–$28 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Circle Pines, MN

• Screening Requirements: Background check & drug screen required

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments to and from NTIC, suppliers, and 3PL partners

• Oversee safe storage and organization of products in a warehouse environment

• Provide backup support for International Logistics Manager, International Business Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, and Shipping/Receiving

• Complete Bills of Lading, packing slips, and all freight carrier documentation, including hazardous/dangerous goods labels

• Execute and coordinate cycle counts, including reviewing and investigating discrepancies

• Calculate weights and dimensions to estimate shipping costs

• Coordinate receiving activities and accurately enter data into ERP/database systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse/distribution experience

• ERP experience required

• Quick learner with strong computer skills

• Familiarity with material handling equipment; forklift certified

• Preferred but not required: Microsoft Dynamics GP experience, SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience

• High school diploma required; 2–4‑year degree preferred

• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow verbal instructions; and perform basic math

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
