Member Service Rep- Front Desk

Located in Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $16-$18/hr

A credit union near downtown Fort Worth is hiring a member services representative. 

 

Pay: $16-18/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-5p/9a-6p, rotating half day on Saturdays

Requirement:  credit check

 

Duties:

• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Maintains a teller drawer and performs teller duties as needed.
• Directs incoming member traffic to the appropriate department.
• Greets each member with a smile and a greeting as they enter and leave the Credit Union
• Acts as liaison between members and the other Credit Union departments
• Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared
