Express is looking for a Property Assistant Manager for the Harlingen/La Feria area.

Pay rate is $11.50/hr.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager with managerial/supervisory work, manage and operate one or more housing developments, and perform other related work as required. 

• Provide orientation for new residents.
• Review accounts receivable reports weekly.
• Maintains/monitor delinquent rent roll.
• Counsel residents concerning personal and family problems.
• Perform annual recertification of residents
• Perform inspections of apartments/complexes.

This position requires for the candidate to:

 

Report to different sites/apartment community within the Harlingen/La Feria sites.

 

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in Office/Clerical/Receptionist 
• Bilingual
• High School Diploma/GED
