Express Employment LAX is seeking a professional and reliable Bus Charter Facilitator to support staff transportation between Airport and Hotels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can assist with coordinating safe and efficient passenger movement.

Hours: 8 hour shift (AM or PM)

Job Description for Bus Facilitator/Loader:

• Transportation Support: Assist executives and professional staff members to streamline to busses while ensuring safe and timely travel. 
  • Loading & Unloading: Assist staff with boarding and exiting vehicles outside airport and hotel.
  • Shift Transitions: Reload outgoing staff from previous shifts and escort them to hotel.
  • Live Communication: Provide real-time updates and information to Express Employment Professionals as needed.
  • Operational Flow: Support smooth shift changes by riding routes rather than remaining at a single location.

Requirements for Bus Charter Facilitator 2:

• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills..
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, stow items, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Previous experience in customer service in a professional setting is a plus.
