Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support equipment maintenance and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify equipment malfunctions

• Repair or replace defective parts as needed

• Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure equipment reliability

• Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Assist with installation of new equipment as needed

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Support general maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance mechanic experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to work overtime as needed

• Strong attention to safety and detail
