What You’ll Do

• Direct daily warehouse and administrative operations to ensure efficiency and strong customer service

• Lead hiring efforts and support employee development through coaching and performance management

• Manage inventory movement, audits, cycle counts, vendor returns, and product displays

• Partner with accounting on debit memos, past dues, credit approvals, pricing contracts, and cash management

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely issue resolution

• Oversee facility safety, security, and building operations

• Support sales efforts by coordinating with other branches to fulfill customer orders

• Identify operational improvements to enhance productivity and service levels

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, business, or sales management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize teams

• Experience with inventory oversight and operational processes

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Proven organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Valid driver’s license; occasional travel may be required

• Industry or distribution experience is a strong plus
