What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product information via phone and email

• Enter, track, and expedite customer orders, backorders, and purchase orders

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

• Partner with the sales team to meet revenue goals

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Stay informed on industry trends to better support customers

• Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of sales, distribution, or related experience preferred
