Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Yard Truck Driver to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for safely operating a yard truck to move trailers within the facility to designated dock doors and staging areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a yard truck to move trailers within the facility yard

• Position trailers at loading and unloading docks

• Conduct routine inspections of yard truck equipment

• Maintain accurate records of trailer movement

• Communicate with warehouse staff regarding trailer placement

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Support general yard or warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous yard truck driving experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to work 2nd shift

• Must be able to work overtime as needed
