Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Pay Rate: $18.00–$23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Must be available for overtime as needed

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to support daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, coordinating preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring proper documentation of maintenance-related work.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance planning or inventory control and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and consumables
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) as required
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, permits, and maintenance documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance-related work
• Assist with scheduling maintenance activities and tracking completion
• Monitor supply usage and reorder materials as needed
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Support general maintenance operations as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance, planning, or inventory control in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and documentation
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
