Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 BOE
Our client is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help service customer issues and assist the installers with supplies relating to windows, siding, and entry doors, while also helping keep their warehouse organized and stocked. This is a Monday - Friday position 7:30am-4pm. Pay is $15-$18 BOE.
Travel to customer homes to fix product issues under warranty
Deliver materials and supplies to installers as needed
Pick up supplies from vendors such as Menards, Home Depot, and ABC Supply
Help organize and maintain a clean warehouse
Assist with unloading trucks and checking in materials
Inspect window parts and materials when needed
Maintain service vehicle and office supply inventory
Communicate supply needs with the Service Manager
Help with basic building maintenance (changing light bulbs, organizing supply rooms, etc.)
Provide excellent customer service
Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift and move materials
Good organization and communication skills
Construction, service, or warehouse experience is a plus
