Responsibilities of the Director of First Impressions:

• Own the first interaction with every potential seller and set the company’s initial reputation
• Convert leads into qualified, show-ready appointments at the highest possible rate
• Enforce speed-to-lead standards and ensure timely follow-up
• Lead with empathy and professionalism while maintaining confidence and consultative communication
• Train and coach team members to deliver clarity, not pressure
• Ensure clean handoffs to Acquisitions with properly qualified sellers and correct expectations

• Results-driven with a proven ability to convert leads and drive outcomes

Compensation & Schedule details for the Director of First Impressions:

• Full-Time 
• $18-20/hr during first 90 days with wage increase based on performance and bonus based on KPI's!
