Building Maintenance Technician

A global company with a local customer focus, offering advanced high-mix manufacturing capabilities for high-reliability end markets is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as a Building Maintenance Technician

·       Managed and executed work orders across a 19-property local portfolio, ensuring high-quality repairs and tenant satisfaction for multi-unit student housing.

·       Performed comprehensive repairs including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, plumbing, boiler maintenance, and appliance diagnostics.

·       Streamlined the unit turnover process to meet tight deadlines while maintaining property standards; conducted daily morning grounds inspections to ensure curb appeal.

·       Participated in a 24/7 on-call rotation (one week per tech), providing rapid-response troubleshooting for urgent repairs and seasonal snow removal.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Building Maintenance Technician

• 2+ years of experience in multi-unit property maintenance
• HS Diploma or equivalent
