Parts Controller

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: M-F 6AM - 2:30PM

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Parts Controller to manage and support daily parts and inventory operations. This role is critical to keeping our warehouse, service, and production teams running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, focused, and takes pride in accurate work.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage parts and sales orders via phone and computer

• Enter and maintain accurate data for sales, purchase, and repair orders

• Receive, stock, and issue parts for job kits and work orders

• Coordinate inventory flow between warehouse and office

• Order and track office and operational supplies

• Maintain organized files and records
