Yard Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Associate to join our team at a leading landscape supply company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load and unload plant materials and landscape supplies for customers
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and loading areas
Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Provide friendly and professional service to customers and team members
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or outdoor labor role preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Forklift experience or certification is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
