Job Title: Ingredient MixerLocation: Spartanburg, SCPay: $16.00 per hourShift: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ingredient Mixer to join our production team in Spartanburg, SC. This role is responsible for accurately preparing, mixing, and batching sauce according to company recipes and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will ensure product consistency, quality, and production efficiency while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to approved recipes
Operate mixing equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor batch quality for consistency, color, texture, and flavor
Record batch information, lot numbers, and production data accurately
Follow all food safety, HACCP, and sanitation procedures
Maintain cleanliness of mixing equipment and production areas
Communicate with production and quality control teams regarding any issues
Assist with inventory control of ingredients and supplies
Previous food manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed recipes and written instructions
Basic math skills for measuring and scaling batches
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
