1st Shift CNC Lathe Setup 

We are in need of an experienced CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join our 1st shift team. This role focuses on full machine setups and programming for CNC lathes, working primarily with larger parts. This is a strong opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for long-term stability and growth.

Shift:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–3:30pm

• Friday: 6:00am–10:00am

Pay:

• $23–$26/hr (flexible based on experience)

Overtime:

• Often available

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Perform full setups on CNC lathes

• Set tools, offsets, and verify programs

• Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers

• Use precision measuring instruments, including:

  • Calipers

  • Micrometers

  • Dial bore gauges

  • Surface testers

  • Thread micrometers

• Machine and inspect large parts as required

• Maintain quality and troubleshoot machining issues

Experience Required:

• Ability to safely handle and move larger components

• Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
