Refrigeration Technician

Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Refrigeration Technician to maintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems. If you’re skilled in troubleshooting and working with complex equipment, this is a great opportunity to put your expertise to work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair Anhydrous Ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, pumps, motors, valves, and controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Detect and repair refrigerant leaks
• Service flash freezers and warehouse freezers
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate service records

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (trade school preferred)
• 4+ years of industrial refrigeration maintenance experience
• Knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatic, and electrical control systems
• Valid driver’s license and required certifications

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors around electrical systems and equipment gases
