Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Will-Call Customer Service Representative to support operations at our warehouse located in West Phoenix. This is a temporary, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers via phone and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with will-call order pickups
• Contact customers via phone to update on order status
• Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure accurate handoff of materials
• Provide friendly, professional customer service both in person and by phone
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are staged and ready
• Maintain a clean, organized will-call area
• Troubleshoot order issues and escalate when needed

Requirements

• Prior customer service or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on your feet in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
