Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher for a local answering service in Kilgore, TX. This position has the potential to become full-time after 60 days.
This family-owned business provides answering services for approximately 400 companies, including medical, industrial, and primarily oilfield clients. The dispatcher will take detailed messages, relay information to the appropriate on-call contact, or forward messages the next business day. For certain accounts, you will also dispatch mechanics to oilfield units.
Answer calls for local businesses
Take detailed and accurate messages
Dispatch mechanics when required
Work well with minimal supervision
Maintain a pleasant and professional phone voice
Strong customer service skills
Strong data entry skills
Ability to multi-task between multiple Excel spreadsheets
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to work flexible hours
Must be available for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
Pay: Starting at $14/hour
Shifts: Evening and weekend shifts
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
