We have partnered with one of our clients in the Western GTA who wants to enhance their team with the addition of a Business Systems Developer. Candidates with experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support, enhance, and evolve enterprise business systems are encouraged to apply and learn more about this opportunity.  This is a hands-on position focused on development, integration, reporting, and automation to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

What is the role:

·         Lead Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE) customizations, module implementations, integrations, and upgrades
·         Provide Level 2/3 support to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
·         Design and build secure integrations between ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
·         Develop solutions using .NET (C#, VB.NET), Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 tools
·         Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS
·         Embed security, governance, and compliance with best practices into all solutions
·         Maintain technical documentation and support incident management processes.
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and support user enablement
·         Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven enhancements, and process optimization

Qualifications:
·         Post-secondary education in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
·         4+ years of experience in business systems development with strong Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE) expertise
·         Proficiency in Power Platform, SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS/SSAS/SSIS
·         Hands-on .NET development experience (C#, VB.NET) and GP tooling
·         Experience delivering system integrations and production-ready solutions
·         Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
·         Experience in CPG or other high-volume, data-driven environments, would be an asset
