Customer Care Representative

Located in Franklin, IN

Salary: $23-$25/HR

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading HVAC company on the Southside to hire a Customer Service Representative. This team-oriented company is growing and looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to support both customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and clients with professionalism and care
• Use CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and schedule appointments
• Make outbound calls to current and past customers to generate future service opportunities
• Support upselling efforts when appropriate
• Debrief with technicians and document job details in the CRM
• Follow up on past estimates (commission opportunities available)
• Request customer reviews and support ongoing customer engagement
• Coordinate with the dispatcher to ensure efficient scheduling

Pay & Benefits

• $23–$25/hr, depending on experience
• Evaluation-to-hire opportunity

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7am–4pm, 8am–5pm, or 9am–6pm
• Occasional overtime and weekend availability during peak seasons

 Qualifications

• Strong customer service background
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
• Dispatch experience is a major plus
• Motivated, ambitious, and proactive mindset
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to be on-call occasionally
• Solid computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a customer-focused approach
• Background in HVAC or plumbing is helpful
