Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our team in the Stillwater area. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move into full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Assist with landscaping projects as needed

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow daily route schedules and complete jobs in a timely manner

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers

• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver’s license required

• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
