Salary: $25-$30/hr

Express is now hiring for an HR Coordinator at a warehouse distribution center company based out of Lacey, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. The compensation for this position will be $25-30/hr. This company offers a benefits package to include Medical, Dental, and Vision. The company also offers a 401k option as well. 

 

Job Duties:

• Scheduling candidates for interviews
• Guiding candidates through assessment tests
• Updating candidate information during the interview process
• Putting together benefit envelopes for employees
• Scheduling interviews
• Prospective candidate interaction
• Conducting onboarding, preemployment checks, and orientations

 

Job Requirements:

• Completed Bachelors Degree required (No exceptions)
• Six months of recent office experience
• Pass criminal background check
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Approachable personality
• Outstanding customer service
• Willing to learn attitude
