Salary: $20.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals Seeks skilled and dependable Paver, Roller, Milling Machine, and Asphalt CDL Operators to support a busy and growing operation. If you have hands-on asphalt experience, take pride in quality work, and put safety first, we want to hear from you!

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week, including weekends (Schedule will vary)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving equipment including pavers, rollers, milling machines, and CDL-required vehicles
• Follow project specifications and supervisor instructions carefully
• Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections
• Work safely in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Comply with all DOT and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of verifiable experience operating asphalt or related heavy equipment
• Valid Class B CDL Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Hazmat endorsement preferred (not required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to putting safety first at all times
