What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform proper setup of filling machines and equipment for each production run
• Operate aerosol can capper and filling machines
• Adjust equipment during production according to established processes
• Place required materials in and on cans in accordance with proper fill records
• Operate filling lines in an efficient and safe manner
• Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Maintain accurate production documentation as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards

Requirements

• Previous machine operation or production line experience preferred
• Experience with filling lines or automated equipment is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment as needed
• Ability to follow written work instructions and production records
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
