A company in Santa Fe Springs is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Temp Rental Coordinator to support our rental and industrial equipment operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, assisting new and existing accounts, coordinating equipment dispatch, and managing billing and logistics.  Rental Coordinator Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and serve as the primary contact for rental customers
• Assist new and existing customers with equipment inquiries, pricing, and account activity
• Track and monitor customer accounts and rental agreements
• Dispatch boiler units and related support equipment according to schedule
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of boilers and industrial equipment
• Assess and negotiate shipping rates
• Handle billing, invoicing, and creation of Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in company systems
• Cross-train with Rental Coordinator counterparts for full operational coverage, including invoicing and logistics
• Communicate clearly and timely with supervisors and internal and external stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service while identifying opportunities for sales and upselling

Rental Coordinator Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or rental business
• Excellent customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective selling practices and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and various computer software programs
• Comfortable using computers, multi-line phones, fax machines, and scanners
