Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a well-established apartment community in Natchitoches. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping residents find their next home.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours

• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries

• Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork

• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records

• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs

• Provide excellent customer service to current residents

• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach

• Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software

• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour

• Stable, consistent schedule
