Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Backup Driver
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities

Position Overview:
A growing distribution company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Backup Driver to join our team. This position primarily focuses on warehouse operations, with the opportunity to serve as a backup delivery driver when needed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)

• Serve as a backup driver for local deliveries as needed

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Chauffeur’s License

• Clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required
