Location: Wichita Falls 
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Description:

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work with a hands-on team? Our local company is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our assembly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling panels and enclosures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task. If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, and working in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings with measurements to accurately drill and cut holes in enclosures and panels.
• Use a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Operate hand tools, including jigsaws, drills, and hole punches, to perform assembly tasks.
• Assemble and fit parts according to specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain a steady, productive work pace while ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work the required schedule.

Benefits:
