Skilled in material handling, equipment cleaning, production support, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Able to work in fast-paced industrial settings while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor basic milling and conveying equipment under supervision

• Load and unload rough rice, milled rice, and byproducts

• Stack, palletize, and wrap finished product for shipment

• Clean machinery, floors, pits, and work areas to maintain sanitation standards

• Assist operators with equipment adjustments and minor maintenance tasks

• Inspect product for quality issues such as contamination or damaged bags

• Perform routine housekeeping to prevent dust buildup and ensure safety

• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures

• Work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly

• Familiarity with industrial equipment and grain handling systems preferred

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Forklift experience (preferred, if applicable)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work in hot, dusty, and noisy environments

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
