Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee personnel actions, including hires, separations, pay changes, and updates to HR systems.
  • Support benefits administration by assisting employees, updating leave records, and coordinating enrollment and documentation.
  • Review, audit, and process time and attendance records, leave forms, and mileage reimbursement requests.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, new hire orientations, and preparation of required HR documentation.
  • Provide clerical and administrative HR support, including filing, data entry, employee inquiries, workers’ compensation paperwork, and maintaining HR records.

Experience & Qualifications

  • One (1) year of general office clerical experience.
  • Two (2) years of HR-related experience applying personnel rules, regulations, procedures, or program requirements.
  • Strong ability to interpret policies, maintain accurate records, and interact tactfully and effectively with employees and the public.
