Front of House Team Member

Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $15.00/HR

Work Schedule:

• Business Hours:

  • Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Typical Shifts: Start 1 hour before opening

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Days Off: 1–2 days per week (varies)

• Flexibility: We can adjust shifts when needed

Pay: $1.00/HR base pay, additional earnings through tips

Duties: 

• Assist customers by taking orders accurately and efficiently

• Carry food to customer tables in a timely manner

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service throughout the shift

• Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and service stations

• Support general cleaning tasks during the shift and at closing

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the entire shift

Qualifications: 

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude

• Comfortable working on your feet for the duration of the shift

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule
