Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established, award-winning landscaping company in Nevada City to hire an experienced Concrete Foreman with Hardscaping & Landscaping. This is a leadership role for a proven professional looking to join a stable company with long-term opportunities.

Position Overview:

The Concrete Foreman will lead hardscaping and concrete crews while remaining hands-on in the field. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the flexibility to assist with landscaping maintenance and hardscape work such as pavers and retaining walls during downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise concrete and hardscaping crews

• Manage daily job site operations and workflow

• Perform and oversee concrete flatwork, forming, and finishing

• Install hardscape features (pavers, retaining walls, walkways, patios)

• Assist with landscaping maintenance and hardscape work (pavers and retaining walls) during downtime

• Ensure job quality, safety, and productivity

• Coordinate with project managers and operations leadership

• Train and mentor crew members

• Communicate effectively with bilingual crews and leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in concrete, hardscaping, and landscaping

• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)

• Strong job longevity and work history

• Ability to read plans and manage job sites

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
