Position: Maintenance Operations Coordinator

Location: Nash, TX

Hours: M-F 7a-4p, or 8a-5p, with some overtime when required

Pay: $18-22/hour

 

The maintenance Operations Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the Maint. Manager and the Maint. Department. this position is responsible for tracking PM schedules and work orders, maintaining reports and records using Excel, and supporting the coordination of daily maint. activities. 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Processing Invoices, assisting with parts and inventory tracking, maintaining safety and compliance documentation, facilitating communication between maint. leadership, operations, vendors and other departments as needed. This role is essential to ensuring maint. operations remain organized. 

 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years administrative or clerical experience required; experience in a maintenance, manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
