Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various on-site construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation and Equipment Setup:

  • Unload tools and materials from trucks and other transport vehicles.
  • Prepare site materials for use, including stacking and organizing them properly.
  • Set up and arrange construction equipment as required.

• Project Execution:

  • Follow detailed project instructions from the manager or supervisor.
  • Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
  • Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space as necessary.
  • Provide assistance to contractors such as craft workers, electricians, and painters as needed.

• Health and Safety:

  • Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
  • Ensure proper use of regulated headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses, and appropriate clothing.
  • Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials from the construction site.

• Maintenance and Cleanup:

  • Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly after use.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Efficiency and Timeliness:

  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner to support project timelines and goals.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Work Conditions:
