Job Title: Retail Store Greeter- Day job 

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional Greeter to be the first point of contact for our retail store. This individual must have a great attitude, be presentable, and create a welcoming environment for every customer. The Greeter plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment guests enter the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and warmly upon arrival

• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude at all times

• Present a professional and well-groomed appearance

• Distribute promotional items, samples, or giveaway items to customers

• Inform customers of current promotions, events, or store policies

• Provide directions to departments, products, or services

• Answer general customer questions in a courteous and helpful manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area

• Assist with managing customer flow during busy periods

• Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have a great attitude and a strong customer-focused mindset

• Professional, presentable appearance

• Friendly, approachable, and dependable

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
