Supports core accounting functions including reconciliations, billing, intercompany transactions, and analysis while ensuring accuracy of invoices and financial records. Provides reporting, Excel-based analysis, and support for system migrations using QuickBooks and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various reconciliations, billings and inter-company transactions
• Collect and verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Prepare special financing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Create additional reports, support accounting system migration and troubleshooting 
• Conducts financial analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounting records, identify variances, and support data‑driven decision‑making

Requirements

• Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP required
• Strong proficiency in Excel
